Pure Oak Revival accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, or damages resulting from misuse, improper setup, failure to follow instructions, or use against medical advice.
3. Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using Pure Oak Revival products, the customer acknowledges and accepts that activities such as cold water immersion and heat therapy may place stress on the body.
The user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the product.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.
Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and location. Pure Oak Revival is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
6. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
7. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Oak Revival shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where required by law.
